Production
One of the growers Samantha has been working with over the past 5 years is Domaine de la Chapelle Bizot in Chiroubles, the Cru with the highest vineyards in Beaujolais. The traditional trade hasn't been able to access more fruit from this grower until this year when we are delighted to say that Samantha managed to negotiate another 6,000 bottles.
Tasting notes
On the nose there is a top note of heady lilac with red cherry; on the palate - refreshing, bright and crunchy - a drinkable version of a summer pudding! Simple elegance.
