Production

Produced from Syrah, Carignan and Grenache grown on the limestone-clay slopes of Cournonterral and Villeveyrac in the Herault. Mechanical harvesting followed by destemming and 'maceration a chaud' before fermentation, aging in tank, no oak.

Tasting notes

Lifted, sweet bramble and raspberry aromas with a hint of dried herbs on the nose followed by more crunchy flavours. The palate is generous, with slightly savoury red cherry flavours and a good structure balanced by a pleasant freshness.

Food match

Grilled chicken, herby sausages, or great for a BBQ and can be served slightly chilled.
