Production
From a low-yield vineyard located at 1400 m.a.s.l, of alluvial soil, with native vegetation overcrop. Cool nights give a balanced maturity expressing the typicity of high-altitude Pinot Noir. Fermented with a percentage of stems in open top tanks. 50% of this wine was ages in for 12 months in French oack barrels of different uses and sizes.
Tasting notes
Notes of ripe, fresh cherry and alluring cinnamon spice on the nose. Bright, juicy mouthfeel herbal notes add complexity and elegance to the wine. Well balanced acidity and a softly persistent texture in the mouth make this a delicious wine with a classy finish.
