Production
Grapes are sourced from the Agrelo and Valle de Uco regions of Mendoza. These high altitude vineyards situated between 940 and 1,100 metres above sea level produce fruit of exceptional quality. Vines are vertically trained, with 6,500 plants per hectare. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting notes
The nose is full of dusty mountain air purity and speaks volumes about Uco Valley. The meat & graphite nose follows through on to the palate with shaved pencil notes, fruit of cassis, crushed rocks and cherry tomato. Concentrated yet fine with great varietal typicity and a fresh, contemporary finish.
Food match
Serve with a juicy steak and chips, or delicious with a mutton curry...
