Production

Vidiano grapes are selected from higher altitude vineyards on the outskirts of Dafna. They are harvested during the coolest parts of the day, with strict manual sorting. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures using selected yeasts. The wine is aged in tank and oak barrels, with stirring of the fine lees at the end of fermentation.

Tasting notes

Aromas of fresh herbs and stone fruit. Ripe white peach notes on the palate with gentle oak characters and an appealing creamy texture. Crisp acidity and balancing minerality on the finish.

Food match

A good match for grilled meats and fish dishes.
