This single vineyard wine is a blend of Syrah, Tintilla de Rota, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot - from specially selected grapes. Fermented in French Allier oak vats then aged for six months in new French Allier oak barriques with 2 rackings before being bottled.
Complex aromas of red berries, fig and fresh herbs. The palate is rich and powerful with ripe red fruit, leather and sweet spice characters. Firm tannins, balancing acidity and a long finish.
This versatile wine can be paired with grilled red meats, a juicy beef burger, lightly seasoned salads, pâtés or goats cheese.
