100% Nebbiolo from vineyards in Sondrio and Grumello. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel before ageing in French barriques (25% new).
Tasting notes
Extra degree of alcohol, a bit richer, a touch more substance supporting a carefully judged touch of new oak. Mineral soaked, thoroughly delicious and properly serious red wine.
