Garganega is sourced from hillside vineyards on a single estate, at the eastern border of Soave Classico. Grapes are hand-harvested in late September and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel.
This dry white has aromas of pear and apple with citrus notes. The palate is clean and crisp - yet with texture, including floral notes and hints of apricot and honeysuckle, with a lemony finish.
