2014 Production
Made predominantly from Macabeo with a portion of Chardonnay to lend a touch of honeyed mouthfeel. The must is chilled and then fermented at controlled temperatures.
Maturation
75% in stainless steel and up to 25% in barrel for 6 months: three quarters of which were 2nd or 3rd French oak 300l barrels.
Tasting notes
Appealing notes of stone fruit with hints of citrus. The palate has gentle peach characters, lightly honeyed with a fresh and rounded finish.
