Cultivated in the Monferrato hills in the south of the province of Asti, Piemonte on southwest facing vineyards at altitudes between 250 and 400m. The soils here are a rich combination of limestone and clay. 100% tank fermented under temperature control with 3 months on the lees.
Fresh and gently fragrant with notes of grapefruit, lime and honeysuckle. The palate is lightly honeyed, yet fresh and crisp with bright lemony fruit and a twist of minerality on the finish.
Perhaps a chicken caesar salad.
