Production
Adobe is a line of organic reserve wines that reflect the highest quality of the vineyards and a deep respect for the environment and its workers. Everything used to make this organic wine is of natural origin. The wine spends 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes
A really bright glass of textural Sauvignon Blanc with deliciously present acidity. Varietally authentic with a nose of broken bay leaf, citrus zest, a touch of grapefruit. A gentle, textural palate with bright citrus acidity and green apple.
Food match
Ideal with shellfish and lighter fish prepared with lemon, such as ceviche. It also makes a good companion for sushi and pastas with seafood sauces, or to enjoy as an aperitif with fresh cheese.
