Production
Adobe is a line of organic reserve wines that reflect the highest quality of the vineyards and a deep respect for the environment and its workers. Everything used to make this organic wine is of natural origin. Grapes are hand harvested. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks for 3 months with selected yeasts.
Tasting notes
Provençale pink in colour with bright alluring aromas of strawberry fruit and white flowers. Super fresh and juicy with red berry character and a dry refreshing finish. Delicate and easy to drink.
Food match
Ideal as an aperitif or with sushi, fresh fish. Perfect picnic wine.
