Pedregoso Gran Reserva - Boutinot
X

Pedregoso means ‘rocky soil’ which aptly describes the stony, infertile ground in Chile's northern Limarí region, home to low yielding vines that produce high quality wines for this range. Tabali's driving force, winemaker Felipe Müller, believes in planting the right grapes on the right soil... simple really! Quite often these soils are rocky, be it limestone in the Talinay vineyard for Sauvignon Blanc or colluvial deposits in Maipo for Cabernet Sauvignon.
