Les Volets

In the high Aude region Mediterranean sunshine is tempered by the cooler nights characteristic of the Pyrénées foothills, creating wines of intensity, complexity and finesse. This beautiful and rugged environment is home to the Languedoc and Limoux AOPs, but the vineyards do not stop with the AOP geographical limits and it is from these outskirts that we have sourced some exceptionally interesting wines for the Les Volets range. The wines are sustainable and the Domaine has HVE 3 Certification (a French agricultural certification that recognises a high level of commitment to protecting and enriching the environment).
