Domaine de l’Olibet’s seventh generation custodian has 22 parcels of grapes which he uses to craft this collection of wines. Some are tiny – just 0.38 hectares while others may be up to 6 hectares. Many of these parcels carry their own name or lieu-dit such as L’Olibet, Les Gousses, Les Camps Long or Les Serres; the range we have chosen to list includes just two; Les Pujols and Saint Martin.
