Spanish wine has always played an important part in the Boutinot portfolio. We work with over 50 wineries who provide great quality, value and interest from all corners of the country through the wines they create. For the past 15 years we’ve worked in partnership with a handful of these wineries on ‘own label’ projects, but just two years ago we decided to grow ‘Boutinot Spain’ … Taking our Spanish expertise and merging it with the experience of our Boutinot winemaking team seemed a natural progression in our Spanish story.
Championed by Eric Monnin, our Head Winemaker and Jean Wareing MW, our Spanish Project Manager we have travelled, tasted and in some cases asked the impossible to create a series of wines which hold true to our philosophy of honest, imminently drinkable, value for money wines which excite at every level.
