We shine the spotlight on some of the brilliant wines in our portfolio representing countries from all over the world.
The Paris Olympics 2024 is here! And we couldn’t miss the opportunity to mark the occasion by looking at the amazing breadth of styles, varieties, weights and personalities that form our truly international portfolio of wines. In fact we have 22 different countries represented in our lists – not quite as many as the 203 (!) competing in the actual Games but certainly a great selection of some of the finest winemaking places in the world.

BUL: Bononia Estate Koshava Chardonnay – A full and flavoursome Chardonnay with a medium body hailing from the shores of the Danube River.
HUN: Kardos Dry Furmint – Complex and elegant, this is a real winner that would be perfectly at home on any wine list.
GBR: Figgie Daniel Col Fondo – An energetic wine with a subtle spritz.
USA: Clos du Val Red Blend – A sumptuous red blend from 3 vineyards sites across California.
CHI: Emiliana Novas Gran Reserva Riesling – Mouthwatering Chilean Riesling from the cool Bio-Bio region.
GEO: Teliani Valley Kakhuri No.8 – The original orange/amber wine. This blend of 4 Georgian indigenous grape varieties is a must for every list and shelf.
LBN: Domaine Des Tourelles Skin – Native Merweh grapes from 150 year old vines are fermented on skins in Terracotta jars for 4 months on skins, making this a wine must try wine.
GER: Friedrich Wilhelm Gymnasium Fritz Willi Riesling – A deliciously irreverent modern Riesling sourced from the steep slatey soils of the Saar and Mosel.
AUT: Vitikultur Moser Fundamental Grüner Veltliner – A natural wine in every sense of the word. Slightly wild but with enough balance and restraint to retain classic Grüner characters.
GRE: Papagiannakos Assyrtiko – Papagiannakos’ coastal location on the Attican peninsula infuses the wine with salinity and racing acidity, due to its proximity to the sea.
ARG: Nieto Senetiner Partimonial Malbec – An intense Malbec from The D.O.C. Lujan de Cuyo (controlled Designation of Origin)which guarantees a Malbec of superior quality.
RSA: Wildeberg Terroirs Sauvignon Blanc – Wildeberg Terroirs is an expression of the most exciting vineyard blocks we work with in the wider Coastal Region, in this case from the steep slopes of the Simonsberg.
ROU: Nachbil Riesling – Enormously appealing zingy Riesling, with mouth-watering acidity, limey fruit and a long complex finish.
NZL: Heaphy Riesling – From some of the oldest living Riesling blocks in New Zealand, this is a zesty wonderland of lime and joy.
FRA: Domaines Bouyer Clos de la Cure, AOP Saint-Émilion Grand Cru – A very classy Saint-Émilion Grand Cru with fine tannins and well integrated oak.
JPN: Château Mercian Mariko Merlot – A well balanced and intense Merlot from Chateau Mercians Mariko vineyard.
